Question by Nihan: A man complimenting another man’s shirt?
I am not American so I sometimes get misunderstood with my behavior. One of the senior staff in our company was wearing a kind of Hawaiian/Aloha shirt today. He is a very serious guy and always wear black and grey shirts or suits. I just said “nice shirt” and he laughed. Do you think people might think it is inappropriate or only gays would do it? please help…
i was joking more than complimenting because everyone was surprised seeing him with such a weird shirt in a weekday.
